I don’t think the management company checks after their cleaners. Dining table and chairs still has sand. Nice unit but wouldn’t stay there again. There are other nicer and cleaner units for the same price.

We enjoyed our stay and I am a person that like a clean place to stay. The outside doesn’t give the place justice.The inside was clean and the space was appropriate for what our family needed. This unit fit our needs in every way (two adults and two 20 year old boys). It was represented accurately through the photos, was clean, and offered an easy walk across the grass to the beach. We enjoyed this location walkable to tennis courts as well. Will return.

Steps from the beach!

Awesome location. Steps from the beach and the pool. Short walk (about 10 mins) to big mecca that is the Wild Dunes Resort. Fantastic communication from Deserving Vacations. I am an early riser, so the sunlight filled rooms early in the morning do not bother me (minimal drapery). My teenagers felt differently, lol.

Beautiful property located on the beach! We came down for our son’s graduation. Property was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. Just rent some beach chairs and beach towels and enjoy! Lots to do around area also! Would definitely rent again.

Great beach vacation spot

Very well appointed beach view property close to Charleston. The property is exactly as listed on line. Both the deck and the porch were wonderful to sit on when not at the beach. A very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not at all crowded this time of year. Check in/out was very easy and the home was spotless upon our arrival. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful villa on the water

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Isle of Palms. It was clean, the furnishings were beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. I would highly recommend it! Beautiful views of the ocean.

PERFECT GIRLS TRIP

WE DECIDED TO HAVE AN END OF SUMMER GIRLS TRIP (MY MOM, AUNT AND COUSINS). THE BEACH CLUB VILLA WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION! THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & PERFECTLY LOCATED - RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We love Beach Club Villas and this unit didn’t disappoint. It was clean and very nicely furnished with plenty of seating for everyone. And you can’t beat this location. The only change I would want is the 1/2 bath on main level that’s available in some units.

Wonderful place
