This spacious and updated one-bedroom villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. Unique to this unit there is a half bath on the first floor as well for guest staying on the downstairs sofa bed that offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.

Starter kit provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

This is the cutest condo. They have updated and modernized and it has everything you could need in the kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs and has a lovely en suite. There is a half bath on the first floor which was so convenient. The screened in porch is awesome with one caveat - the air conditioning units for this unit and another are right outside the screened porch and since it’s summer and warm, they ran the whole time. I would have preferred to hear the ocean waves crashing but we didn’t hear any pool noise. Ha! Overall, I would recommend this condo. It is absolutely adorable. Comfy furniture and bed. Amazing shower. Definitely stay here!

Absolutely wonderful place. Even better than it looks in the photos. Great view of the ocean, super short walk to the beach. So impressed with how clean the place was. Well worth it- stop searching for places and just book this one.

This place has everything you want

It has a great location, with a great view of the beach and pool. It has all the comforts of home, plus a sleeping porch, great for afternoon naps. It has everything you need to prepare great meals, which we did several times. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Can't wait to do it again.
