Everything about our stay was wonderful! Check in was a breeze, the property was spotless, pool was super warm, & management was easy to contact/quick to respond. The neighborhood was peaceful and family friendly. There was even a beautiful and super sweet cat that came by from time to time for scratches. We will definitely be back!

Ample space to hang out and plenty of room to have meals at home and chill out by the pool or on the screen porch which was amazing! The set up was perfect for our weekend bachelorette trip! This was a great family home close to the beach with a private pool. A short walk to the beach made for easy beach mornings and afternoons and evenings were spent enjoying the pool. The screened in porch was an added bonus. We fit comfortably with 2 couples and 2 children for sleeping. We prepared many of our meals there and found the kitchen to be well stocked with supplies. We were with a group that had rented many different properties and felt ours was the most functional for our family.

Amazing week!!
We visited the area to see my oldest son for a week. Grandparents joined us also. We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious home, and the foosball table was a huge hit. The beach is a block away and we were able to walk and catch sunrises and sunsets. We were short on towels and the management company responded immediately and had housekeeping drop those off same day. We would definitely stay again.

House was overall nice, great location and close to the beach! Had some issues with one of the toilets and dealt with that everyday we were there. So that was a little bit of a headache but property management was very great about communicating with issue. Seems like a bit of updating needs to be done with house... But our stay besides that was good! We enjoy using Island Reality, we used them last year so we definitely plan on using them again in the future!

Good overall experience just a few tweaks: Kitchen was okay, but we're foodies. Some of the burners on the stove weren't functional and the Cookware was limited. Like I said we're foodies. Pool wasn't ready upon our arrival, but was good to go the next day even though it was cloudy. Overall the Pool and Yard were GREAT and provided the escape we needed. Beds were comfortable. Living room was functional, but could use another Couch. A really nice place. We would probably stay there again.

The house was described accurately, but it was not as clean as we would have liked, and was messy(including a bunch of stuff in the yard), and we had to call the management to fix a broken sink, and reset a towel rack which was not attached properly to the wall. The management was very prompt, and nice. One of the bedspreads had a spot on it, which made us think it had not been washed since the last guests. My husband had trouble with the TV The location was perfect for us, with just a short walk to the beach. Thank you.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at dog-friendly 3405 Hartnett. The accommodation was as described, clean and comfortable. Only two steps to the front door, with the rear door leading to a large screened porch, with one step to the pool area. The pool was cleaned twice a week and IR came around to roll out trash and recycling bins on the pick-up days. Kitchen area large, two bedrooms quiet and comfortable. We slept with the windows open in early October and had a wonderful breeze. Only two blocks to beach access paths and about four blocks to community dog park. Would recommend a bit less furniture and a radio.
