Perfect Family Vacation

This was the perfect combination of hotel and house accommodations. We prefer having a house for the comfort of sharing the common area with our children and for the flexibility to eat breakfast at home, but we LOVED the access to the pool, beach, hotel amenities. The house is short walking distance to hotel (we did drive once :). Calling ahead for beach chair/umbrella rental was genius. The Wild Dunes staff was more than accommodating for all our needs during the stay. We could not have been more happy with the hotel management.

Beautiful home within a great resort. First time visitor to the resort and the area. We played both golf courses which were terrific and took advantage of most of the resort's amenities. House was clean and convenient - within walking distance of the resort offereings, but we rented a golf cart that helped us get around.
