Escondida en una calle tranquila bajo magníficos robles vivos, esta joya de la Isla de las Palmas 'Firefly' está a un corto paseo o en carrito de golf a la playa, al puerto deportivo, al Club de golf Wild Dunes y a otras atracciones de la Isla de las Palmas, así como a solo 25 minutos. Conducir desde el centro histórico de Charleston. Esta hermosa casa de 2550 pies cuadrados, completamente remodelada en 2013, cuenta con un total de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, dos de los cuales son en suite.

A través de la puerta principal se accede a una amplia sala de estar con techos abovedados y luz que entra por las numerosas ventanas y puertas francesas. La sala de estar está abierta al área de cocina y comedor para crear un área de reunión central ideal. La cocina cuenta con una enorme isla de mármol con estufa a gas, fregadero, asientos en el mostrador y una despensa con todas las comodidades. El comedor contiguo cuenta con una mesa grande con asientos para 8 personas. La sala de estar también tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente con un televisor HD de 60 pulgadas con televisión por cable central para ver.

Las puertas traseras de la sala de estar se abren a una piscina de agua salada rodeada por una gran área de cubierta ideal para tomar el sol, hacer barbacoas y comer al aire libre. También hay acceso directo a la cubierta de la piscina desde la suite principal.

Se proporciona un carrito de golf de 6 asientos para uso de nuestros huéspedes, ¡la forma más divertida de desplazarse por la ciudad! We felt very welcomed, and that the hosts thought of everything we could need or want during our stay. The beds, showers, kitchen, and golf cart were all top notch. Thank you for an amazing stay! It’s a beautiful place! We considered places on the water, but also loved this place. It’s tucked off the main road, away from crowds, surrounded by lush palm trees, and still just a short walk to the water. We got to see a storm roll in while sitting on the front porch, and it was so perfect!

The house and location were great for our family beach trip

We loved the pool, deck, and grill in a very private backyard. The golf cart made it easy to get back and forth to the beach all in one trip with all our beach chairs and umbrellas.

Family Getaway

We had a lovely stay and appreciate having found this property. The kids were comfy in their own rooms and had a good time in the pool. We were able to gather with friends locally who live close by which made the location ideal. Short golf cart ride to the marina.

The property offered multiple things to do — many of which were golf cart distance away! We had such a nice time, very relaxing, and the house was perfect!

The house was beautiful, clean, and a great open plan kitchen-dining-living room space for spending time with family. They had everything you could need in as far as kitchenware for cooking, beach supplies, games and puzzles, golf cart, etc. Having a fire pit is great amenity. Host provided a great list of things to do and places to see, rentals, etc. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the beach, grocery store, IOP connector, and IOP recreation center. Host and property manager very helpful and responsive to questions.

A beautiful house that complimented our beach getaway! The hosts communicated well before and during our trip. The golf cart was a great added convenience! The house was clean, close to the beach, and in a quiet location. We enjoyed the pool, and it was well kept up. No complaints from our family. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location for a family reunion. Beach and grocery store access made it easy for small groups to break away and enjoy time together. The seating area was great for playing games and watching football together.

Stellar Beach Rental

This was the best of many homes we have stayed at on the Isle of Palms. The location, easy beach access and home itself were all top shelf. My interactions with the owners were all very good and the home was well stocked for a family that likes to cook on vacation.

Great stay!

We had a great time. The property was well kept and match the pictures posted. Owner’s were responsive and check in is straight forward. Having the golf cart was great to get around locally. I highly recommend this home.
