Lovely, well equipped, cosy little apartment ideally located for activities on Loch Ness and beautiful walks in a variety of terrain and easy reach of Fort Augustus and Inverness, some right from the doorstep. Lots of nice welcoming touches and the owners responded quickly to request for information. Good shower over the deep bath but it’s a bit slippery and a couple of grab rails and a non slip mat would improve safety for those with mobility issues wanting to immerse themselves in a soothing bath after an energetic day. Local store has fairly limited stock just now as it has just been taken over as a community venture and still building up suppliers but the staff are lovely.
