Balcony had a lot of spiders. A lot. Pointless Getting a balcony. You won’t be able to use it. The shower pressure was none existing. We called a few times. They just said they’re look at it. Then left. I don’t recommend for the price.
Great location and nice view for Loch Ness. It could qualify for a 4 star hotel. The only deficiency is the lack of lift to the upper floor.

Lovely hotel right on Loch Ness. The Very friendly staff was very concerned that we were planning on leaving early and would miss the included breakfast. They provided us with sandwiches, etc for a picnic lunch as a replacement. We didn’t ask for this, they just offered. The room was very comfortable and the temperature was perfect with the window wide open. Lovely place!
