Didn't like arriving to a wet bed, although Gregory did his best to help, changing sheets and mattress pad, even flipping the mattress.
The location is convenient and the staff is polite and helpful.
Listen, it's a holiday inn express. Pros: clean, reasonably priced, the included breakfast was more than serviceable. Cons: room was very small (we had a family room with a pull out sofa and there was no floor space when the bed was open) did not have individual heating/ cooling system, didn't have ports for electronics, and didn't have computers to print boarding passes etc.
A sufficient breakfast buffet and a few other food options within walking distance.
Very nice and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Used Inverness as a base to explore the north up to the ferries to the Orkney's.
Though the décor and room design may have been a bit ordinary compared to a more expensive hotel, it still felt quite pleasant. There was a much greater variety of food offered for the breakfast than at some other hotels, so it really struck us as more than "continental." It was a bonus that got each day off to an enjoyable start. The hotel was close to downtown, but not within walking distance, and likewise with the airport. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us, especially Hannah, who made sure our car rental company got word about our desire to rent for a couple of extra days. She made sure that their office got the message in time, so not only did we get to keep the car, but we also avoided penalties for a later-than-scheduled return!

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel We do have interconnecting rooms available for families who wish to have more room while staying with us. We do provide fans within the rooms for our guests as we do not normally require to have AC. Our team are very happy to be print of boarding passes for our guests should they require this to be done Kind Regards Cathy
