Checking in was at the bar of a very busy pub. When we arrived at our room (no7) we found it to be clean but have a strong chemical smell. This smell remained throughout our stay. We were disappointed there was no tv within the room - something we have never experienced in a hotel room before. The bed was very uncomfortable-mattress springs could be felt when laying on the bed. When you entered the on-suite shower room you could hear conversations from the bar downstairs-floor around water pipes to the sink were not sealed and noise transmitted upwards from bar.

Cozy but small

The room was tight and the mattress was a bit less comfortable than I’d hoped for. Didn’t mind the bunk set up, though that hardly made more room. It was tight but it was mostly clean and tidy

I didn't expect the daily cleaning, but the hotel cleaned my room on the second day. There was no TV and the water was not draining out of my bathroom basin. And it was a bit stinky (like food or vomit ...) in the stairs. Staff was so kind, and there were some popular restaurants nearby, but it has a famous bar itself.

They were the most accommodating place I have ever stayed. The downstairs pizza is fantastic! The staff was kind and patient with us Americans. Great area to just go out of your hotel and walk to many different food and pub options.

Good food restaurants are nearby. Room was warm with clean bathroom. Adequate accommodation for a single night. All noise stopped after 11. Overall an adequate night with helpful staff in a very busy bar! I did not have breakfast as ate far too much the night before!!

Noisy but a decent room.

Booked online. There is a bar downstairs that closes at midnight. If you don’t mind being kept awake until 2 am because of the noise from the bar and the people and traffic in the street then this is the place for you. The room was nice enough. A fan would have been greatly appreciated. Parking is off site.

Super kind staff, room was up on 3rd floor, no lift. Neighborhood was pretty raucous though the actual pub noise was absolutely minimum so not too loud to sleep. Tons of places to eat in the neighborhood. Very central and short walking distance to both bus depot and train station. I would consider staying here again.

Good location.

Clean comfortable basic single room. Good bathroom. No TV but not an problem. Good location in centre of Inverness. No breakfast. Bar below does pizza's etc.
