Kenny, the owner, was amazing and very kind. Nice and Quiet location. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were very clean.
This is a busy place with good food and very cheerful and funny host. He tried very hard to be helpful to everyone. Rooms are not plush or luxurious, but nice enough. The location seems out in the middle of nowhere, and then it turns out to be a short walk to the city center.
We really enjoyed our time at this B&B! Kenny was a superb host and the breakfast was delicious. Local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, a terrific B&B!
This was an excellent B&B with a great location. You can literally walk to most anything you want to do and see in Inverness. The owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The breakfast is delicious and he serves it in his kilt. The B&B was completely full the two nights we were there, but we never heard a sound from anyone else.
I stayed in this accommodation on two occasions during the same trip. The first night (during August high season), the only room I could get was nonsmoking, but someone was smoking nearby in the house, and I got a migraine from it. This first night, the bathroom was not en suite. The second night, I did get a room in a separate section of the house, with no secondhand smoke issues, and with a bathroom attached to the room. The proprietor is very organized and thoughtful. He attends to every detail. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was excellent. If you can get a room here with bathroom en suite and in the nonsmoking area of the house, you really can't do better with a B&B.
