2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Do not go your room is a size of a square box bathroom you could barely fit in the shower. I’m talking teeny shower! Go to bed at night and 1130 at night. You have someone banging and try to pull open your door to your room tell staff we were leaving early in the morning. They didn’t give us any information where to drop the keys and get out and if you’re not lucky enough to be the last one in the parking lot, you will be stuck there until they move the other people’s cars and they’re not up till 7:30 AM so don’t plan on this leaving this place early unless you’re lucky to be the one at the very end. Towels are very yellow look disgusting along with the bed. Pillows are very flat. Do not stay here.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area just outside the old town. Pro tips. If you don't mind stairs ask for a room on the top floor - fantastic views. If arriving by train take bus K from the station to Höttinger Kirchplatz and walk a few metres downhill rather than a long slog up with luggage. Don't forget to ask for your 'Welcome Card'

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was ok although little cramped for 4 people. It’s a 10 min walk downhill to the Main Street. The Christmas market is just across the street after you cross the bridge. The breakfast is was included and the options were ok, not too much variety but good enough. Staff were very cordial and helpful.
