I enjoyed my two night stay here a lot. The room had air conditioning that was wonderful after a day in the summer heat. Nice staff with good English. Good bed. I would prefer a shower to a tub but it worked well. Bathroom doesn't have much room to stuff but was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with fabulous fruit selection.

Wonderful staff, room very clean and very close to all the sights. I love this hotel and will definitely stay here again upon my return to Innsbruck. Definitely my favorite city/hotel in Europe
This hotel was excellent!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that was strange was the bathroom has a glass door. The hotel is in the middle of everything, perfect location and the city is very easy to walk around. Old town was just around the corner and the breakfast buffet was amazing!
