The images online were deceiving. All the doors took extra strength to close, that needs fixing. My friend’s sheets were stained. The back door couldn’t fully close. Beds were comfortable but overall not the cleanest environment, didn’t feel like I could shower there.

The apartment was very dirty. I took pictures of various areas of concern. The most concerning thing was the mushroom growing from the wall near the AC unit. The tub mat was disgusting. There was debris and dead bugs on the windowsills.

best spot to stay in Indy !!!!!

My go too everytime I’m in Indy !! I’ve stayed here a few times now . Not once have I been disappointed. Cute little set up outside, clean, spacious simple checkin, easy parking . The balconys are my favorite

Some 120V outlets did not work, the fan remote in one room is linked to all the fans and lights in the apartment, very annoying when two people want the fan settings different in their bedroom. LARGEST issue was no hot water in the shower due to faulty water control valve; the sinks had hot water but the shower was cold, the handle would not turn to the hot position. I can sleep on just about anything but NO HOT SHOWER is unacceptable, very displeased. The owners did call and try to fix the issue with the check in so I did appreciate that and would rate the check in as average to good.

There was no soap in the kitchen and all dishes were dirty. There were mouse droppings in multiple places in the unit including in the fold out couch. It was cold except for one room that was way too hot. Overall comfortable and spacious for one night.

The pictures are deceiving of this property. Go to Google street view. There was a prostitute soliciting someone across the street. In a questionable neighborhood at best. Then they refuse a refund. Then offer one and it does not transpire. BEWARE!!

This was a excellent place to stay. The only thing that I would have changed is the front sign. I did not know for sure if I had the right location and arriving after dark was tricky. The place was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
