A peaceful patio right out the entry door can be used to relax with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Quiet, established neighborhood. You`ll routinely see people out walking their dogs, children riding bikes, and others just going for a stroll. You are near Broad Ripple Village and the Monon Trail.
