It is clean and niice , customers service it is horrible
Property was fine, the only complaint was that the walls seemed thin as we could hear the neighbor's tv all night long.
We are from about 2 hours away from Indy. Our daughter had several appointments between 2 days at Riley Children’s. We chose to stay here. Our stay was very good. The staff were very friendly and caring. It was clean. They were taking extra precautions because of the COVID 19 stuff going on. The breakfast bar and eating area were constantly being wiped down. The kids loved being able to go swimming. My daughter had her service dog and they were great about him being there. We would definitely recommend staying here to our friends and family.
There was a bedbug in my bed room 303. When I went downstairs to the front desk I was told there was no manager available on weekends and no apology given. I was given another room at 1am. Very poor customer service

The staff at check in and the cleaning crew were very warm and friendly. The eating area was also very clean.
Tara was very kind when we checked in and I purchased a snack Monday night. Everything was clean. The food selection at breakfast was great. It was close to Riley's where we were working. The only negative was the weight machine was awkward to figure out.
We had a lot of issues with the door lock not working properly.
Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast choices and often replenished. Better design of the food area would avoid crowding and causing a bottleneck situation. We would stay again if we were back in Indianapolis.

This was our third time at Sleep Inn. We love it! The staff is welcoming and nice. The breakfast always offers a decent assortment of good food. We will definitely keep staying here when we come to Indy!
Not the greatest. Shower smelled like urine, and the second and third day the whole first floor smelled like raw sewage. Pool was tiny. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC unit had to run constantly and never got the room below 72 even though I had it set on 63. Hotel staff were eating the free breakfast and if asked a question on where to get a cup or utinsels, answered “I don’t know”
Hotel was conveniently located where you can drive to the downtown area. Breakfast was as expected, fair and the rooms were nice and clean Definitely a hotel to stay in for the price.
Nice hotel with great staff, The hotel was clean and the rooms were modern. Check in was easy, manager was great, "Carrie". The only improvement would be the morning breakfast.
Everything was perfect until my second night stay and was confronted by a cockroach on the bathroom counter. Fortunately I was able to kill it and show the staff. I stayed five nights and that was my only encounter. The staff was very accommodating as far as offering me a different room or refunding my money. If it was not for the cockroach I would have gave the facility 5 stars.
Check-in was very fast and easy. Clerk gave us a choice of what floor we wanted to be on. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices of coffee and juices; plenty of choices of hot/cold food. Attendant was constantly checking and re-supplying. Hotel was near a main street with less than 2 miles to attractions to downtown. Free parking. With the price of room and all the extras, a very good deal. If ever back in Indy, would definitely stay here again.
