Friendly courteous staff. Easy check in. Tech problem prevented receipt at checkout.

There was no breakfast served on Feb 9 . I was told that there refrigerator broke and the food spoiled. So there was no breakfast as advertised. On feb 10 the typical ‘COVID 19’ breakfast box was served and it was awful. The sealed boiled eggs were sour tasting.

The place was a DUMP. Dirty bathroom our toilet seat fell off and our air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep. The view of the black tar roof was just unbelievable and I paid $758.00 for 3 nights which was a total rip off. We recently stayed at a Hilton gardens California and Hilton in Boston and they were what Hilton was supposed be.

Very clean and most of the staff was very friendly. There was one girl at the desk Saturday afternoon that was very rude.

Checked in later in the evening, after 10:00 p.m. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Hot coffee (& many other beverages) available in the lobby area! Several places very close by to grab a quick bite to eat. Very nice room! Clean & decorated nicely. Loved it, & felt very safe & comfortable!

Breakfast was below Hampton standards in terms of selection. We asked for the hide-a-bed to be set up when we returned late to our room and it was not done.

Very good. The staff was very friendly. Chgcvfdgxb vxbxvzhxhxxhlcchccic

Hampton Inn biggest benefit is the front line person 2nd shift that checked me in. She had numerous balls in the air. She was professional, upbeat and pleasant. I mentioned this to day staff to pass on. The hotel itself...........Rooms were worn. Rugs worn, furniture worn. Very neglected. Not standard Hampton Inn.

Mattresses were kind of hard. A/C in the room didn't seem to work very well at all because it certainly felt warm throughout our stay. Pool was mediocre - not bad, but nothing spectacular. There was also no hot tub which would have been nice. Free breakfast was terrible, but what do you expect for a "free" breakfast.

Three of us came to Brownsburg to visit a friend. Hotel was close to her house. Little bump when we checked in, had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. They wanted to give us a king with a sofa pull out. We kind of joked that our older bodies could not tolerate a pull out. Found room with 2 queens. Think we may have even been upgraded to a suite. Nice room, very pleased. The free breakfast was pretty good too.

Room was great, bed was best bed I've been in for awhile. Most definitely if you are coming through brownsburg and need a place to stay this is it

Overall great hotel. My only recommendation would be to specify that you do not want to be on the side of the hotel that faces the interstate...the noise coming from it is very loud at all times of day even with the a.c. fan on. The breakfast is just fair not great.

The hotel is very nice, the girl at the front desk noticed it was just us two adults and told us she would put us on the top floor in the corner...we thought great! The only real problem was that the people next door had a VERY cranky newborn. Another small minus is that the back side of the hotel sits on the edge of the highway, so if road noise is a problem, ask to be moved to the other side of the hallway(like I should've).Overall, very nice hotel, seemed to be very family friendly...!

The room was good size and so was the bathroom/shower. The kids enjoyed the quality bounce of the bed. Front desk accommodated a special request at check in. No negatives to speak of....

Hampton is our hotel of choice when traveling, and this was one the the nicest ones we have used. It was clean. The rooms were quite spacious, and quietly stylish in tones of brown and grey. The bed was heavenly. The halls were quiet, although there were many children staying during the weekend. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.
