Welcome to our modern downtown apartment in the heart of Indianapolis! This stylish 1-bedroom condo offers a full kitchen, cozy living area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bedrooms include sound a machine for comfort. Walk to top attractions, restaurants, and bars. Note: The heating system is louder than average, and earplugs are recommended if sensitive to sound

We stayed for a few nights in late December. It was fine for a short trip. We registered late and I guess because of that, communication with the property manager seemed to lag. We had arrived and were still texting to find out what the apartment number was so we could go in. When we finally did get in, the thermostat was broken and it was absolutely frigid in the apartment. I texted the manager and they tried to tell me how to work the thermostat, but it was broken beyond repair. Instead of maintenance coming, they had us move apartments. Which would have been ok but we had already loaded all of our stuff into that apartment, including two small kids, a dog and the million things you have to bring to accommodate them. So not very convenient to switch apartments at that point. But once we got through all of that, the stay was fine and was a good location. The bathroom was really small with hardly any counter space so that was a challenge as well.

Great place!

The place was comfortable and in a great location. We walked to the shops on Mass Ave and took pics at the murals that are close by. We enjoyed ourselves!
