Andy at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The only thing was the phone in the room cord was not working properly but it was ok. Very lovely get away for me and my grandkids.

The staff was very good --polite and helpful. Had a problem with the key cards and the door mechanism. We attempted multiple time to use the cards--often 5 or 6 times to unlock. Maintenance worked on it and the door lock which he fixed but still had problem with the replacement cards. Bathroom was small but sufficient.

Mostly good but it say no smoking and that’s all I smelled was smoke my room smelled like cigarettes and my kid found a cigarette butt in the room meaning it couldn’t been cleaned very well the receptionist was nice
