Gorgeous, remote lodge on 100+ acres, 15 min from downtown Indiana

Located on 100+ acres in Indiana PA, just 15 minutes outside of downtown Indiana, you can enjoy a peaceful family reunion, celebration or corporate retreat.

With 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and additional futons, loft beds and air mattresses, the lodge can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably not including couches. Our kitchen table seats 14 with 4 additional breakfast bar seats and a small seating area off to the next room. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate large meal service.

We are not far from downtown Indiana, but you don’t need to venture far…guests can enjoy our “saloon” located downstairs with a bar seating 8-10 people and 2 additional card/game tables as well as an in-house movie theater complete with reclining chairs and a popcorn machine!

If anyone in your party has need for physical assistance, or uses a wheelchair, we have an elevator to provide safe transport to all 3 floors of the lodge. Additionally, the front entrance and master bathroom are low threshold and easily accommodating.

We have a small gym complete with a weight trainer machine and a complimentary Peloton for guest use. We are also family friendly, with a childrens playroom and safety gates available for the stairways. Dogs are welcome, with a pet fee of $100.

Special Events: Weddings, Reunions, Graduation, etc. we do allow special events with a $300 event fee. Additionally, should any stay or part of the stay include guests over the 30 person max, that will also incur the $300 event fee.

There is plenty of hiking on the property and you can bring your own quads and dirt bikes and snowmobiles, if desired.

Make your stay even more comfortable by having groceries delivered in time for your arrival- there are many choices via instacart.

For security surveillance of the outside only, we have 4 exterior cameras and a doorbell camera.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and have at least 1 previous stay with VRBO- with a 5 star review.

I wish I could give this more stars than five!

This property is amazing! We stayed here with family because we were in town for a wedding. Because it was so relaxing and spacious, the stress level was very low! I don’t know that I have ever stayed in a vacation property that felt so much like home. We Would have loved to stay longer! Also, we loved the huge kitchen! We had several of us in there making food at the same time, and it wasn’t crowded.

Amazing family get away!

Our family and extended family of 30+ people celebrated Christmas together at the "Christmas cabin". The house is so beautiful and very well stocked. The playroom was a huge hit with the littles and the theater room was loved by all. We watched some football games, classic Christmas cartoons and a movie or 2. The kitchen is very well stocked, we appreciated the "kids table", any size pot or pan that you would need and extra serving dishes. There are roasters, crock pots, coffee makers, coffee carafs, festive candles, wine glasses, etc. The living space had extra blankets, plenty or seating and we enjoyed the double sided fire place. My son and husband played chess in the moose room all weekend and the dads played poker in the saloon for hours. Having the linens and towels provided is a huge help. Sarah was so easy to communicate with and we would 100% come back again next year. The weather was nice enough that some went for hikes and some played on the jungle gym. Beautiful home and space. Thank you Humes family.

80th birthday celebration

Family gathering with family traveling from MI, NY, CT and MD. House perfect to accommodate our large group- loved large dinning table that accommodated our whole group. My husband and I both turning 80 this year and our sons and grandchildren, my sister and her children and grandchildren and my husbands brother and his wife shared memorable moments togetherFriday night great pizza and salads delivered right on time from Venice Cafe and pizzeria- Saturday night my son arranged wonderful dinner catered by a couple (don’t have their name) who were a delight. Made great use of fire pit and younger folks enjoyed long walks. It was perfect and Sarah was wonderful to work with. Oh and the kitchen was amazing!

Wonderful Extended Family Gathering Place

Our family of 4 siblings, spouses, and children stayed here for a long weekend. It was the perfect spot to hang out together both inside and outside of the house. There was plenty to do and lots of room for everyone. Yellow Creek State Park was close by which allowed for a day of swimming, boating, and hiking.

Awesome place to stay!

My college lacrosse team stayed here for a team trip to play games and it was the perfect fit for our larger group. We were very comfortable with all of the bed accommodations and we enjoyed using the large kitchen for team meals together. The property is very well kept and quiet which made for a relaxing stay. The movie room was a hit and easy to use.

Birthday Weekend Away

We traveled to this spectacular cabin as a group of 7 couples. The host answered any questions that we had ahead of time super quickly and was very easy to work with. The house was immaculate! There were places to hang out as a large group, or for smaller groups to break off and talk or play games. The theater room is enormous and amazing! The couches in this room fit our entire party and it was such a unique feature. The beds all came with sheets, a plus compared to other places we have rented. The beds were all extremely comfortable as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a large group gathering.

Softball weekend

Our stay at the Lodge was wonderful! We had a large group of softball families and were able to fit everyone comfortably and had a truly amazing time at this beautiful property! The house was better than we could have ever imagined. There were so many cute and interesting features and decor to look at. A play set for the kids to play and some trails to walk. It was a really wonderful trip and we would definitely be interested in going back again!

DREAM GETAWAY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We booked this cabin to host a sisterhood retreat for our sorority. We stayed there over the weekend and could not have asked for a better stay. Everyone was blown away by the size of the cabin and all of the fun decor. Check-in was really easy, the code to unlock the door didn't initially work but Sarah immediately answered the phone and unlocked it remotely. Sarah was so responsive and easy to communicate with and took our stay above and beyond. She even accommodated a specific request for our group. Connecting to the tv was also really easy. Wifi was also super easy, there was a helpful welcome packet. The kitchen was so beautiful and the views were impeccable. Overall, everyone had an amazing time and we can't wait to go back next year. We posted instagram photos from our stay and got so many inquiries about how we planned it. We also enjoyed the elevator, the movie theater, and the playground. Definitely stay here, it's gonna make your trip so memorable.
