Hot water in shower didn't get very hot, luke warm at best.

Very nice continental breakfast, room was comfortable and clean.

Very nice stay- rooms nice size, breakfast was good. Like the gym

Even though built "in the middle of nowhere" and supposed to be quiet, the room was not quiet at all. We heard guests from adjacent rooms talking or TV. A/C unit seemed to be outdated and loud, too. Otherwise a normal, 2-night stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hearty.

The only complaint that we have for this location was the seating in the pool area, there weren't many chairs/tables, etc. Other then that we always choose Hamptons and always will.

The only complaint that we have is that there weren't very many chairs in the pool area. The room, the breakfast, the staff, the pool itself... were all great. We always stay at Hampton's and have yet to have been disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort with the chain.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. My children were comfortable and upon checking-in my son (6) said the room was cozy. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning as there were kid and adult friendly food options. The front desk staff was curtious. The only thing I would recommend is that when you check-in to ask for an even-numbered room so that you are facing the back of the building. We were in an odd-numbered room and the light from the parking lot was shinning in our room all night. Only the window sheers close all the way, the actual curtains did not. That would be my only complaint. The hotel less than 5 minutes resturants and shopping (could probably work but the resturants and shops are on a busy road). If you are going to IUP, it is less than a 10 minute ride. I would stay again, just in an even-number room so I could get complete darkness when sleeping.

Booked room for taking daughter to college. Hotel is beautiful, only a year old. Location was great as well. We all were tired from the 4 hour drive and went to bed about 9 PM, that is when the herd of elephants started above our heads. We were on the second floor. I called the front desk and they said that they would call up to the room above us. The noise continued until 1AM. When I checked out the next morning I said that I was not happy with the noise and the deck clerk said that next time I book I should request to be on the third floor. HMMM...next time I book?

Dear Mike, Thank you for your kind review of the hotel. We appreciate your time. I believe you had stayed in a Handicap King room-( booked by Expedia), which the water temp must be lowered per ADA guidelines. I apologize if Expedia reserved this room type for you in error.
