The front lobby staff was friendly and courteous and the check in process was smooth and easy. Our room was clean however the bathroom could use some minor maintenance on the shower head. It was very loose in the wall! The price fit our budget for the event we were attending that weekend. We had a nice quiet night!

Not clean at all and there was no sink water in my family members room , water spots on our ceiling and pee stains on the toilet and bathroom floor just nast and there was no where else with rooms available so we had to stay in a dirty space , the staff was very nice though

I arrived around 9 pm , the staff accommodated us to a suite due to overbooking . The room , our stay , the staff , and it’s surrounding merchants brought great satisfaction.
There was never staff at the desk, you had to pick up the phone & dial 0 for assistance. Multiple people touching the phone receiver with no items near phone to clean it. When staff did arrive they acted like you inconvenienced them. Not friendly just very monotone. Room was clean but smelled a little like stale smoke. Some molding missing in the bathroom. Walls are thin as we could hear the fan running from the bathroom next door that was left on all night. The bathroom is super small & very little room to enter since the door opens in. Breakfast area was clean & well stocked. Plenty of lit parking. Convenient location. Served the purpose for graduation when everything else was booked. Wouldn't be my first choice if other options were available.

Very accessible, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very pleasant. You can tell they recently updated. My room was dirty and had chipping drywall, not something i feel was extremely safe for 2 small children. The bathroom had what looked like a woman period blood on the toilet, floor and toilet paper holder. The shower looked recently used with dirt and hair stuck all over it. The garbage can had a huge chunk of hair and used toilet paper in it. There were bugs in our room as well. Overall it was one of the worst rooms I've ever rented. I wish there would of been better breakfast options as well, reservations said continental breakfast but no one told us where to go and nothing was in the breakfast room. We ended up checking out early and going to McDonald's to get kids breakfast. It also said kid friendly but there weren't ANY ACCOMMODATIONS for my 1.5 yr old. Got to hotel and they said someone stole the equipment they had. But why not buy new ones. Otherwise it should notp state they can accommodate young children.

It was just ok . The location was good and there were plenty of stores and restaurants near by and the complmentary breakfast was very good !
