Entire stay was poor. Check in was slow. Hotel looks abandoned from the road. The room was out dated, the ac couldnt keep the room cool. The breakfast was unattended and poorly stocked.

When we pulled up to the building, we thought we had the wrong address - it looks like an abandoned building. After checking in, we were directed to the back corner where there was questionable guests who quickly scattered and ran inside - banging on doors and trying handles. Multiple rooms were blasting music and the hallways smelled horrible. Once inside the room we were appalled by the poor condition of the flooring, furniture and windows. The bed, which we didn't dare touch - looked like a deflated air mattress. The entire property was nothing like the pictures online presented. We immediately cancelled our reservations and found somewhere else to stay. The company should be embarrassed and ashamed of the false advertising they present with their online directories. Clean up your property, make it safe, and healthy for guests to stay.

Woke to 3 small roaches in the bathroom sink, half dead. Bathroom toilet had to be flushed multiple times, exhaust fan didn’t work, shower knob when pulled only allowed small amount of water in showerhead, only could rinse off, not enough to wash hair. Let staff know of issues, mentioned that roaches were half dead, saying i assumed they knew of the issue and were treating them, he said yes. Didn't stay for free breakfast as my room was on the 2nd floor, i imagine there is quite few more on the first. Property under construction, worn down. Bagged my luggage and treated it, so not to bring anything in my home.

The room had a weird giant tub s soon as you walked in and the whole room smelled like sour towels. The curtains had mysterious stains all over them. The breakfast was meh.

This was definitely not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Some of the flooring had packing tape to hold down several places that were torn. The parking lot was full of pot holes. It certainly did not look like the picture in their advertisement.

Our room was ok. Hotel needs work and is not very clean. Family in another room had to request a new room as their bathroom had feces, hair, and dried vomit in tub and toilet.
