Heat did not work Shower diverted extremely hard to pull up Several long earliest found Toilet handle had to be held down to flush..very long flush time, toilet refill cycled ecey 10 minutes or so...bed and pillows all far too firm. All room doors slam shut, very very noisy. No type if breakfast at all, not even a coffee pot. This Idaho falls, where I stay quite often, is off my list. on my never again list. Motel West far better for less money.

I confirmed with front desk that I was arriving at 11:00pm. They said someone would be there I arrived at 10:45pm. The entire facility was completely closed. I called the number at the door. I waited outside for 20 mins I was a little scared. Front desk closes at 10:00 posted at door. But Expedia posts says open till Midnight. The staff was Wonderful, pleasant, accommodating. They made my stay worth the check in mishap. The Diner in the facility was great. service is wonderful, food was a home cook meal. Fabulous.
