We moved next door to Comfort and it was great. Al rooms have a balcony. The Quality was like Motel 6.

Place is under construction. Had to walk around workers and equipment. Parkingg was limited due to workers vehicles. Door to yroom was sticking, had to hit it to get it open.

We actually moved next door to Comfort Suites. They were SO accommodating in relocating us to the nicer sister hotel. All the rooms have balconies! Great view of the falls.

Upon arrival had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to check me in the bathtub was disgusting it was hot even with ac onat 5 am water started dripping above toilet still waiting to get deposit back stayed in room 168

Though the staff was super friendly the quality of the room was poor. We could hear people on all sides of us. The bathroom was less than desirable to use. Seriously thought I’d fall off the toilet. Lots of weird noises coming from the room itself.

First room had no TP, remote control for tv was broke and found under the bed, there was a bunch of food in the mini fridge. To top it off ac wasn’t cooling very well. We moved rooms, added $100 to the price, that room was clean but had no hot water. You had to let it run for at least 10 minutes to get it hot. Breakfast was terrible. I had stayed there before and it was fine, but not this trip. Don’t think I will stay again.

The room we were given had bugs in it and was not worth the amount we paid for a 2 night stay. The room smelled like stale smoke and the walls were cracked and peeling. The staff at the Comfort Inn across the street that handled checking-in and checking-out were great, but the room itself was not up to a good cleanliness standard.

AC did not work. Clerk said no other rooms, but checked with supervisor & she was able to "find" a room. Website deceiving. Thought we booked room with balcony but that was for Comfort Inn part of Quality Inn. Evidently Quality Inn is part of or buying Comfort.
