Window shade fell off the window while in my room. Hot tub was broken and staff failed even mention it at check in… it was a reason we picked this hotel. When we asked for a discount, we’re told “ not when you book through a 3rd party”. Disappointing especially when there are many other hotels in the area with more amenities. Will not be back

This property is beautiful, with very nice outdoor spaces for lounging, even the dog spaces were nicely landscaped. Love that it has a restaurant and a bar. Dog friendly, and views of Snake River were beautiful. The River Walk is a great pedestrian walk, but you might have to compete with the motorized scooters that are every where along the trail for rent, a definite draw for kids.

Excellent example of a Hilton Garden Inn; spacious and comfortable room, well-maintained property with good dining options. Nice location on the riverbank with a view across to the local hills. Friendly and efficient staff.

The door separating rooms was Thin. The person next door had their TV on until 1030 and was very annoying. They turned it on at 0715. Invest in better insulation! Breakfast was bad

Never cleaned our room once; spa jets are not functioning (with no explanation or heads up but they still advertise 'pool & spa'); and even though they told me at check in there are a lot of kids for a soccer tournament the Hotel opened with a late breakfast because it's the weekend! We gotta get kids fed and out to the fields for early soccer games. Also, the strange buffet v. menu order situation is weird and staff were visibly annoyed at the dozens of kids and parents looking for a quick breakfast at 6:30am. Had I known a kids buffet cost $7 and would be open until 7am I'd would have booked somewhere else where a buffet is included and normally open way earlier.
