The staff was excellent the room was clean bedding was perfect plenty of hot water for a nice shower, there just wasn’t any cups in the bathroom at the sink or by the coffee pot for coffee, but for the comfort and price of the room I would highly recommend staying here I will definitely stay with them when I am back in Huntsville for my next overnight trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was very welcoming to my service dog and my grandkids pet. My grandkids loved being able to eat fresh waffles every morning. We were there for a week and we could always get fresh linen and towels. When visiting family in the area, we will always stay there. Also excellent access to interstate and major roadways.

Staff was fine, but the place was a mess. Towels piled in Hall for the 2 days I was there, no working drink machine, no ice bucket, no garbage pail in bathroom, refrigerator was off, microwave did not work and was extremely dirty like the one in the main. Someone needs to do a surprise inspection.

Great place to stay.

This is the second opportunity I have had to stay here and will do it again. The location is great, the price is very reasonable, the room is wonderful, it's quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled so good and will definitely partake next time.

Upon arrival I slipped and fell as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, it had been raining. The parking lot is extremely slick when wet. So be very careful while it's raining, hotel staff didn't seem to care.

Bad smells in lobby and hallways. And worst of all is fleas! I started getting bit just moving my stuff in the room. I didn’t even stay there 20 minutes before i got a refund and left.

Counter staff were very friendly. Not the staff that checked is in however. Hotel room was sub par, unkept and not maintained in any way. Phone in room did not work, elevator smelled, breakfast was way below standard.

The check in was okay and staff was friendly. The room smell of too my air freshener to him the old cigarette smell. You could tell they had issues with mold in the bathroom and tried to paint over it. The paint was peeling around the seam of the shower/tub at the top. Also found dirty towel in the shower curtain. There was old soap and cigarettes ash on the top near the seams of the shiwer where it meets tge wall
