Room had a weird smell and Continental breakfast was very disappointing, extremely small selection, no fruit or juice

The room was not very clean and the shower curtains smelled like a dirty old rag

I booked through Orbitz and was charged but when I arrived at hotel there were not any rooms available to check in. I did not have a room at 9pm and my money was taken and I still have not got it back. No one offered me any thing because of the mistake. No coupons, few rooms, apologies anything. How can you take someone's money for multiple days without providing a service????

Would not let my son go to the restroom saying we don't have a public restroom even after I showed them my reservations they kept saying you have to get a room it was 1 30 pm I then said we'll give us our room key and they said the rooms are not ready yet so he can't go to the restroom . I then cancelled my reservations

it is difficulty to find food and gas station around the hotel.

The description showed amenities the ment our needs for the trip. However, if you want these amenities you have to figure out what you need, try to match it to what they might have available then ask for it (If anyone is in the office). The room was clean but there was one little thin plastic cup, a small bar of soap that was hard to find and absolutely nothing else.

I stay here every other week and the rooms are clean the staff is always nice and the morning take out breakfast is nice. In addition this hotel is walking distance to Laundry's Seafood so it's very convenient.

I found this hotel on Trivago.com and it was affordable. It was a simple check in/out and it met my needs for my period of stay. The room was clean and in good repair. I work in the construction trade and some of my co-workers stayed in the local city of Decatur at another name extended stay hotel for a cheaper price. They "settled" for that location to save money, and as I understand it there refrigerator was the small dorm type. The refrigerator here is full size capable of storing a weeks worth of food. There is no oven, just 2 stove top burners, and kitchen utensils are available at the desk. There are none in the room. At the time of this writing it is nearing the end of winter and it rains often. There is dirt and dried mud all over the sidewalks and appears they get no attention. This could possibly get tracked into your room if you are not careful. Yes, this is an older hotel. My room was clean and functional and met my needs perfectly. But the outside area looking so dirty really detracted from a first impression. If the outside was cleaned up I would have given a higher rating to the "Hotel Condition" and thus a higher "Overall Rating.

Practically next door to Space Center. Stay was good but breakfast left a little to be desired. Packaged muffins, granola bars, apples and coffee. No drinks for children but a good stay otherwise.

My overall stay here, was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and met my needs. I loved the kitchenette with full fridge and microwave. The only thing I would improve is housekeeping never came to my room for my 5 day stay. I didn't understand until later on in my stay, that they have set days. By this time I had went through all the towels. Besides that, I would stay here again. It was a good bargain for what comes in your room.

Extended Stay America is a great value when staying for an extended period. The room was very clean and, most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have any issue with loud neighbors and the staff was very friendly. Great location as well.

We stayed on Thursday night, July 23rd to visit the Space Center the next day, which is extremely close by. The room was clean and homey. The door to our 2nd floor room opens to the outdoors, but we had no trouble with noise from other guests. I felt safe and comfortable. Although we only stayed one night, the small kitchen and large fridge would have made it very convenient to stay longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main office is fairly small, as is the free breakfast. We had enough to eat, but these were the only offerings: Coffee, hot chocolate, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars and fruit. Having more options would have been nice, but it would have required more space, which they didn't have. But really, overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back again.

The room was nice, the location was great and they staff was awesome!

It was quiet. N clean, some of the utensils were missing but it was still grand

Room was clean and the staff was awesome the uwwould definitely stay at that location again.

It was by no means fancy but it was functional and clean. Had no problems with the room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived after midnight and had to call for assistance but the desk clerk came right out and took care of us. The overall quality of the hotel was better than I expected at such a great value. I would definitely stay there again.

The location and room were fine. The desk staff were always helpful. The bathroom, however, needed more attention and cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower and whiskers on the vanity. Overall the bed was comfortable and the stay was fine

Kitchen & heating system were a plus, but the wife was not able to sleep due to thin walls. Heard everything going on outside, neighbors & upstairs. Might try having soap to wash dishes avalible or paper cups. Grab and go breakfast was disappointing.

We were very pleased with the location as it was very easy to get around in Huntsville. The room was clean, had a lot of space. We cooked most of our meals. We will be back again. The staff was well trained and helpful. We are well traveled and have stayed in 5 star hotels in the USA and other countries. I don't know why this motel is rated a 2. It is better than that.

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. We know how important it is to begin each day with a nutritious start, so all of our hotels offer a complimentary grab and go breakfast, we apologize it was not to your expectations. Our guests which do not have breakfast in their fully equipped kitchen typically find our breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea a perfect solution and a value add. Now that you are a bit more familiar with our hotel and our brand, we hope to be your hotel and brand of choice during your travels. Thank you, General Manager
