The elevators didn't work The outsiders door's wouldn't latch facility is in poor condition

This motel was pretty much what you would expect from a mid-range chain motel on the interstate. It was clean (mostly), the price was much better than others in the Lansing area, and it served our purposes. No problems and no hassle when we checked out a day early. Satisfied overall.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sadly, our room was terrible. The room smelled like mildew, which turned out to be wet carpet. The room had a jacuzzi in it and the floor was damp to the touch. The room had been cleaned but the carpet remained wet, probably from someone overflowing the jacuzzi or splashing water. It should have been aired out prior to another guest's stay. Some tile around the jacuzzi area could take care of this problem. Also, when we entered the building through the door near our room there was a very strong odor of marijuana - yes, I realize it's legal in Michigan now but there should be more control over forcing guests to go outside to smoke. Perhaps more signs or a friendly remind when guests check-in. I believe this hotel could become a nice place to stay if some updates were done and a little more attention to details.

Great room, Jacuzzi within room was a great experience.

Room 102 had a terribly noisy air conditioner. I did not sleep well at all. The bathroom was dimly lit and it was so tiny that we had to step almost into the tub to shut the door. It also lacked a smoke detector, although it had a sprinkler head and a red ceiling fire alarm. Hotel staff was very friendly and room was clean.

No problems.quiet even though I was on the second floor of three.

Very clean, quite and convenient to family.Staff was kind and courteous.

The pool was a little cool in temperature. At breakfast there wasn't much to eat. There was a group of teenagers staying at the same time and they must have eaten a lot. cereal containers were empty, waffle batter was gone, etc. The pillows on our king bed were very flat. We needed more pillows. There were no wash cloths for the bathroom, and we had 1 hand towel.

This hotel is a fine place to stay for an overnight. There is nothing special about it, but it is worth what you pay. The front desk staff is friendly. They have an indoor pool. I didn't use it, but it looked nice. The bathroom is very small, but it's just me so it didn't matter. The bed was ok. Not the most comfortable I've slept in. Noise level was minimal. I could hear when someone walked through the hall, but I never heard my neighbors. The vending machine was near empty so if you like to snack while in your room, bring your own. The continental breakfast was probably the worst thing about the hotel. Very few choices and none of it was appealing. The hotel is literally right behind the Tanger Outlet Mall. I parked my car in the hotel lot and walked there. That is a perk. Although there are no restaurants at the mall so if you're looking for food you'll need to drive somewhere. Leo's Coney Island and McDonald's are just down the street for convenience. Overall I'd say it's worth staying at if just for the night. Maybe two. Anymore than that I would look to finding a bit better hotel.

Room was nice. Couple of lights out when arrived but they were fixed immediately. Located close to outlet mall and several eating places.

On average it was an ok experience. The bed pillows were not comfortable and too small. The large room lacked adequate seating for 2 people. A bit over priced for the overall experience.

Very simple. The staff was extremely friendly. The spa was nice and perfect temperature to relax in. The only downfall I could find was the musky smell the building had and the pillows sucked to sleep with.

Perfect location. Great staff. Pool bleached our swim suits, but that's what chlorine does.

All-around value! The hotel is just off the E-way and easy to access. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfy and inviting. I will book again when I'm in the area.

A little hard to find and the rooms are teeny-tiny. But the bed are super-comfortable and you're two minutes from I-96. There are a couple of decent eateries nearby along with a Mickey-D's. All in all, pretty good for the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very thoughtful and took time to make sure we had the things we needed.

The hotel front desk was extremely unprofessional and ornery. We waited in the lobby for over 25 minutes just to check in.

Great location next to outlet mall; easy walk. Staff was very friendly and recommended downtown Howell restaurant (Cleary's). Nice breakfast buffet; average rooms.

Hotel was average, location(for shopping) great. Nice breakfast included. Staff was very good; asked for suggestion for dinner; was directed to downtown Howell to Cleary's. GREAT French onion soup with a hint of rosemary, decent burgers; beer was over-priced. But downtown Howell seemed very historical and rather hopping with some cute shops.
