The room was very clean, except fir a weird stain in the shower. The breakfast was not the best. There was very little food left at 8:50am and when asked for things to be refilled, the person dragged his feet and never did refill the scrambled eggs in the 20 minutes i was waiting. The breakfast area got very busy at 9:05 am with a youth hockey team and families that were staying at the hotel. They waited for all the food to be refilled. I finally left.

Overall had a great experience. The desk chair in our room was missing a wheel. One of us fell off the chair ( we were not hurt) I called down to the front desk and was told there were no replacement chairs, but if I wanted one from the lobby that I was more than welcome to come down and get one. I asked if they could have someone bring it up. Desk person said no that he was alone and had to stay at the desk.

We had some issues with the room the first night. The window blinds were not functioning They offered us the only other accessible room they had available and that one had a bad smell, and the blinds were not working in that room either. So we were switched back to the original room. The did send maintenance to check on the blinds the next morning, but they were not able to fix them. We also noticed the next day that the bath towels in our room were very ragged and seemed old. They did bring us replacement towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it just seemed a little unkept especially considering the hotel is relatively new. The beds were super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good.
