Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during these times.

Maximum Occupancy: Unit C accommodates up to 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit for safety and comfort reasons. No unauthorized guests unless indicated on reservation or communicated with hosts.

Pets: Pets are allowed in Unit C as long as indicated on the reservation and applicable fees are paid. Please ensure your furry friends are well-behaved and clean up after them.

Communication was excellent and there was no question about where to go and the codes to enter. The host was responsive and the loft was a nice spot! Just large enough for the two of us and nearby downtown Houston. It was a quiet area
