My stay was terrible first day I get up to take shower they have no water, when I called help desk they said water was stopped due to a construction in the area. I had to go some other hotel to get myself ready for the interview. In the evening I found cockroach in the bathroom. That was enough, I end up checking out and found some other place for rest of my trip.

Good location, good facilities and amenities but they need to work on the cleanliness of the room. The sheets, and pillows were clean but the bed skirt was very dirty. Also I had to kill a small roach in the bathroom. The hotel staff is great, friendly and helpful. They answers all questions and concerns showing genuine interest. They want to know you and what you like and don't like. They also were very helpful giving recommendation.

The hotel gave away my room number and information leading up to someone breaking in my hotel room

The room was clean and noce but the stale smell was awful upon arrival.

The room was clean and quite comfy, a nice TV was a surprise although we didn't use it all. Breakfast was a disappointment, just basic cereals and a simple selection of pastry. I'd prefer to either pay additionally for a better breakfast or to be prepared that there is no complimentary breakfast and I have to eat somewhere else. Coffee was good, though.

The pool wasn't working and the juice machine didn't work. There were no lids for the hot coffee in the lounge. Guests/ visitors mingling outside were drunk/drinking. Very noisy. Overnight attendant/ desk clerk was rude and hardly spoke to anyone. Fridge didn't work.

The room was great, fast tv channel changer, comfortable bed, etc. However, there were some VERY LOUD guests in rooms on the same floor, they would party and make tons of noise well past 12am - all outside in the hallway. I complained as well as others several times and I said "something has to be done because this is very inconsiderate and I cannot get to sleep" but nothing ever changed. I made the same complaint for 3 nights in a row and this is what one front desk clerk said "well, this is a big company so we don't want to upset anyone". So I asked "let me get this straight - for the people that are behaving and not inconveniencing anyone, they have to pay the price because upsetting the people that are acting unruly is not going to happen - that is who is more important" and he said "basically, yes". So, I left - cancelling about 10 additional days at the hotel. This is the world we live in. Also, the breakfast was usually out of milk so all they have is coffee and lame Danishes. That is it.

Clean and friendly environment.. The traffic is horrible on 290 so the rates should be a little cheaper

The hotel is pet friendly. However, this information is not provided in the booking process. This can be extremely dangerous for someone who has allergies.

Everything was great as soon as I entered the hotel...I was greeted as soon as I walked in which is always a great thing after having a long day at work...the staff was great and my room was clean as well so I appreciate the housekeeping staff . it was a very comfortable stay and I would be visiting again..thanks for making me feel welcomed

I loved the place and above all the price of the room our location was in the center of great restaurants near by. Staff was great room was very clean overall I had a pleasent experience. one thing I will say and it isn't even all that terrible was just distance traveled to the hotel

went there with my girlfriend and had a great time

Cleaning staff was excellent. I did run across 1 desk clerk who wasn't very professional.

Once again a great location and room for the price. Stayed again because the previous month our room was very clean and we liked the modern feel. This stay the room was nice but you could tell it wasn't cleaned properly before I was checked into it. Could tell the last person stayed kept the room neat so it was skipped on getting clean linen? Hope not. Bathroom was cleaned but a few hairs were left on the counter and toilet? Overall clean inspect was a 3/5. Overall can't beat price.

Stay was great ! I go visit my boyfriend at least once a month .. Plus I love the fact that there are close by restaurants, stores and movie theater..

This is one of the cleanest, nicest, modern rooms I've stayed in for under $100 per night. And in fact, it was half that. I was really surprised the moment I walked into the room. If you're on an upper floor, they have elevators. The location is right on Northwest Fwy, and less than two miles from I-610. So access is easy to get anyplace in Houston, it will just take you 15-25 minutes to get there. But for half the price, and how nice this room was, it's worth it. I have already booked my room for my next trip to Houston. I would recommend this room for anyone, but I can only choose one in the survey.

Stayed here for the weekend for the BBQ cook off.The drive to reliant was actually good and was there in 20 mins only thing about the hotel is had wood floors everywhere even in rooms and all they had was soap and a shampoo for 3 people to use.I would stay again but would be alone if I did notwith a family.

Value for the money hotel no nonense, good for quick in and out.

Boyfriend and I needed somewhere to stay in Houston one night but apparently there was a World BBQ Champiomship going on so all regular hotels/rooms in town were priced extremely high ($200 plus a night). Came across pictures for this Red Roof Inn and took a chance on the cheaper price. Very satisfied! Room was clean and modern with a nice size flat screen. We parked right outside the door to our room and we had many choices across the highway to eat for dinner. (Ate at Twin Peaks) Would stay again. Boyfriend and I agree on how comfortable the king size bed was as well.
