There was a giant cockroach dead in our room! The front desk person (in the morning, not the afternoon) was hiding away in the back and it took about 10 minutes to get him to come out! Our room smelled super weird too. Beds are not comfortable.
This hotel stay was nothing special. The beds linen had holes in it, the hotel lacked towels and other necessities, no breakfast provided and they charge you a $20 fee that’s “refundable” despite them never refunding it after check out. Also saw a couple roaches on the premises. Yuck.
This property is severely lacking. There was construction, which was more of an inconvenience, but the elevator was not working and we were forced to take the stairs up multiple floors or leave. This is something that guests should be informed f well ahead of time, there are many people who cannot walk up several flights of stairs. When walking down the halls, there were random trash pieces, broken/ajar storage and maintenance rooms, and it was pretty dark in the hallway. Check in was extremely slow, it took us a full 20 minutes to get a room (pre-paid and reserved) and we were the only ones there. Inside the room, there was one set of towels for two people, one bar of soap for both the shower and sink, the soap dish had reminents of
First off my room wasn’t clean, which is horrible given coronavirus, they didn’t have toothpaste for toothbrushes and they took a good forty minutes to get me the toothbrushes, the bath did not even have a bath stopper
Nothing was great!! There was a bad odor throughout the hallways, hair everywhere in the bathroom, and a spider crawled out of the pillow case. My reservation was given to another guest and it took around an hour to get it situated

I was really disappointed. I understand closing down the pool and everything due to COVID but our room was missing the tv remote AND once we were able to get one, there were only 5 channels (ESPN, MTV, FX, and a couple other sports channels). Taking away the amenities and not having at least cable tv was a definite let down.
Customer service was great through this pandemic. I didn't have a microwave in my room and the front desk guy went to find one for me.

Very disappointed with staff in hotel. Desk clerk forgot to tell shuttle driver we needed airport pickup. After 3 calls and an hour later he finally arrived. Hotel food and bar were a joke. Snack bar had better food. We had an early morning flight out. Came down for 5am shuttle and found hotel staff asleep on couches.

It saddened us to hear that your stay was less than satisfying due to the cleanliness of the hallway, bathroom, pillow and that you were not pleased with the service you received at that time.
