Terrible I traveled to Houston for work purposes with the expectations I’ll have a house to stay at, well to my surprise the owner lacked communication and did not communicate that the house was rented out that weekend until 30 minutes prior to check in, also on top of that he or she did not cancel the reservation nor did they refund me my money
