Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this property for over a week for a family wedding and it worked wonderfully for us. It was clean, well-outfitted and a convenient location for Katy. TaSheena was very professional, courteous and friendly, helping us with the check-in process and helping me with questions about the local area. We would definitely stay again!!

VERY NICE

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot for a home away from home. I forgot to check handicap accessible and we had an elderly person with us and there isn't an elevator to the upper floors. But if you have no limitations for step the spot is amazing.

Great spot to stay

We had a good stay. We came to town for a family graduation and decided to not stay at a hotel. We made the right choice! Two bedrooms, two baths, pool access, fitness center, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine in unit. The parking was hit or miss since we had limited access with other residents being there, but it was not terrible enough to complain. Host is very proactive and helpful. Second bedroom had two beds which was nice for the two kids. Much better than staying at a hotel.. would recommend to anyone! Clean and comfortable .

Great property, even better property manager

Property was very clean, well-appointed, and in a location that was safe and convenient to a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Clean swimming pool was a nice perk. There was a neighboring dog that let out sad yips at night and early morning sometimes, but not much to be done about that in an apartment complex.Property manager was fantastic. Check-in and check-out procedures were very clearly written, and check-out steps weren't overbearing. Their communication was always responsive and helpful. We had an accident with bedding during our stay, and they were very reasonable in how they handled it. Couldn't ask for more.We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again next time we come to Houston.
