The manager was very accommodating. Even though the hotel was not to blame for issues with my reservation, I was given a better rate and a suite for my stay.
Stayed here this past weekend for a family trip that we took to Kemah. The front desk were very polite and helpful even gave us a few coupons to use there.on the other hand the beds were very hard,which had mine and my husbands back hurting.the pull out couch was harder than the bed!so my kids end up all sleeping on one bed together. The shower had no pressure, the sink had more pressure than the shower. And the breakfast I have to say was great!
We went to the Sring Nationals Dragracing. we missed the finnal races on Sunday secondary to our backs and whole body was hurting because the mattress was so hard. and we had 4-5 hrs drive home we left early sunday.the air didn't work at first and the refig.
We had a blast at this hotel. One of the best I stayed at. Swimming pool was fantastic. Rooms were big and very, very Nice. Will stay there again in a heartbeat!
