Didn’t have a room says they for got to call unprofessional

Please do not charge my credit card. Arrived at Star Light Inn and there was no room available. They had water problems and a whole section of rooms were shut off. Didn't bother to check on reservation status to know if they needed to notify customers. Very disappointed in their actions. They didn't seem to care that we had no place to stay. Didn't offer to help find another room. Did, however say I would not be charged for the room. You have my info on file, Please make sure I am not charged for this mess.
