Kemah Baydreaming is a bright, fun vacation retreat near Kemah Boardwalk and Kemah Lighthouse District. Great access to live music and restaurants every day of the week. Newly appointed with a bright coastal vibe, this lovely, four-bedroom (with fun bunk room!) is sure to create memories that last a lifetime. Enjoy the comfortable, spacious open concept with a large living space right next to the updated kitchen, island, and an electric fireplace. Plenty of space to dine, cook and relax! The outdoor space is extraordinary, with an entertainment space, consisting of streaming TV, mini fridge, and much more. Relax on the sectional or the porch swing by the garden, as you enjoy the bubbling fountain. Take your pick among cornhole, giant Jenga and darts and pick your color for the outdoor lights. Three other porches are available in the treetops, perfect for lounging while sipping on morning coffee or a frosty beverage. There are always fun activities happening in Kemah. Dogs, (1 at 75# or, 2 at 35#), are permitted only at designated pet friendly properties with prior approval from Porter. Weight limits and pet fees will apply. The term pet applies to dogs only; at no time are other animals allowed on the property.
If approved, (please contact Porter to discuss). Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed, inside garbage bins. Guest agrees that their dogs will be clean, with sand removed prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply. Cats and other animals are not allowed.

Please no boat trailers larger than 25 feet due to limited space. Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile! Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
