The house is nestled along the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail, giving you walkable/rideable access to downtown parks, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. There is also plenty to explore in the 1st Ward neighborhood where you can take a short walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, beer garden, and the Sawyer Yards Arts Complex that features more than 300 art galleries and arts related businesses.
