This property is in a very good location with lots of dining choices a walk away. However, the hotel is going through a transition and housekeeping is not good at the moment. The furniture also needs updating and the morning breakfast is poor quality. I don’t understand the additional $19 in resort fee, it is not worth as amenities have not improved and you still have to pay to use the services at the neighboring fitness canter

I liked the fact that the room was very dark. The breakfast was ok. Some fruits weren't fresh. The room's doors make a lot of noise. I heard many doors closing.

Thank you to Emil (front desk), Juan Rodriguez, and my amazing sweet housekeeper on Saturday Feb 24tb. Great staff, great hotel, and great area!!

While Hotel location is great in central location in city center, nice look, restsurant, bar, pool, but, for price point, did not meet our expectations, sorry.

Was over charged by hotel and what was reserved on orbitz. Staff not helpful

If you are looking for a clean comfortable friendly place to stay with great walk ability at city center… And a breakfast with fruit and pastries that are beyond delicious... Book a room at their Sorella!

What Hotel Sorella has going for it is the location. City Centre is a wonderful place to go for an evening or weekend. Nothing about the hotel itself was very spectacular. Modern decor and clean rooms wasn't enough to make me feel like I got my money's worth. Two of the biggest downsides were definitely the parking and the beds. In terms of parking, they list "free parking" which means you can park in the garage that services the entire shopping center. Of course, when you're checking in on a Friday night, that is next to impossible. So, we went with valet parking. Not that valet parking should be free but a discount for hotel guests seems a reasonable request. Finally, a hotel this "nice" (expensive) should not have rooms with double (full) sized beds. That was probably the biggest disappointment. My recommendation: find a cheaper hotel in the are and just drive over to city centre for dinner and a movie or shopping. You can still pay to valet if you want that part of the experience.

The location is perfect. You can enjoy so much about the city life. Enjoy your music, store, movie, friendly walk...

Celebrate my wife 34th b day we had a great romantic experience. This hotel is top notch very elegant, restaurant, bar & etc is a short step away. I am sold & a return customer. Best hotel in Houston.

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend here for a mini vacation. The pool is beautiful. And the hotel's location looks down on City Center, couldn't be more hip.

I was not as impressed as I thought I would be. While it does have a lovely flair, I've been to nicer boutique hotels that were not as pretentious as this one. Clean room, but definitely won't stay here again unless it is an awesome deal

spent the night at this hotel after a night out with my friends.

okay....nothing exceptional bedding was nice, mattress too hard, over all just okay

I loved, loved, loved this place. It was beautiful, they catered to our needs, it was clean and i will defiantly be back.

Great location for relaxing weekend. Good retreat to get away. Nearby dining, Walking distance to acctractions.

Good experience, great location. Plenty of good venues

Stayed one night while day tripping to citycentre. Good location very convenient.

The location can't get any better but most of the people that come here seem very stuck up and judgemental. Plus. Last time I stay we got complimentary passes to lifetime to workout and this time they say we have to pay to go workout? That doesn't seem right to me. The location is perfect for me. Next to the highway. Easy access to most places. The hotel is great. Bed is super comfy. Bathroom is nice. Just this time the closet was very dirty and they was a pipe sticking out inside the wall. That just make it look cheap. They try to mimick Vegas style and is close. But still not there. Overall I would stay again

I decided to drive to Houston to visit my son on a whim and stay near where he is working. Hotel Sorella CityCentre was recommended and I was so pleased. The bed was SO comfortable and the parking easy and close to all shopping. I am used to staying near the Galleria and from now on I will stay at Hotel Sorella CityCentre.
