The staff people were very helpful. The toilet was not the cleanest. Ir was close to airport, shopping centers. It was a good experience. 3 star is a good rating.

I stayed there a week room was only cleaned once...There was also an electrical problem lights going on and off at random times.

Save yourself from an awful experiences and go next door they're better hotels next door! Staff was unprofessional, could care less about your concers and they don't speak english, none of them! Room was dirty and smelly but it was supposedly just renovated. There's not continental breakfast, not even coffee! Couches and chairs have stains of who knows what. Beds though were the only thing decent, that it! I was in 2 different rooms and if 1 thing didn't work on 1 it worked at the other but overall no room was in descent condition.

Do NOT book here. Rooms are not as pictured and I have photos to prove it. Smelled of smoke and mildew. Our uber driver informed us that it is known in that area for drug deals and prostitution and advised us to not loiter outside when returning. We went back for our bags and left for a new hotel at 2am. Hoping for a full refund. This was an outrage :(

There are people permanently living there, mainly drug dealers, drug addicts and prostitutes, there were guys standing out side my room, rooms are dirty and filty, manager didn't pick up phone when I called, I didn't stay I left the same minute.

Breakfast was not available due to rates were very low.

seems rather seedy. Looked like TRANSIENTS WHERE living there.

We stayed for a cheap room before we left on our cruise. Was not impressed at all. Needless to say we booked a different hotel when the cruise was over.

Rooms , location, lobby.. nothing is good about this hotel.

After booking this hotel, I was excited for my one night get-away to see family in Houston. Immediately when I arrived at the Hobby Airport Inn my expectations of a safe and comfortable place to stay all changed. I walked into the office to check-in and was finally greeted by a woman who seem pretty consumed in other tasks than helping me. It took her over 15 minutes to find my reservation through their computer system. Finally, they found the booking and asked me what type of room I wanted. Didn't I select that in the reservation? Wouldn't you already know what I had booked? Why are you asking me this? I replied that I needed just a single bed in a non-smoking room. Another younger guy asked me to follow him around the building to see my room. Upon entering the room I was taken aback by the stinch and lack of circulation, while inspecting the large stains on the floor. Then walking into the bathroom I noticed blood stains on the door frame and walls! I was completely taken aback and this really concerned me. I immediately felt unsafe, and knew that my girlfriend and I would not be able to stay here comfortably for one night. We decided just to lose our $55.00 we had spent for this terrible hotel and went elsewhere to find a room for the night. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

hotel is not as advertised.rooms are not clean.carpet is very messy .The phone was not even Connected to the wall jack...was in the hotel for three days not once did anyone come to clean up .....save your money

Very old, and dirty. This was a last minute decision. I missed my connecting flight home, and had to find a low price hotel quick. I should have stuck with a name brand hotel chain.

Dirty and full of pimps and hoes. My neighbor was a lovely lady with an open sore on her leg the size of a dinner plate. You are better off sleeping by the dumpster.

I would have to say for the price it's not that bad. If you just need a place to stay for a night or two this place will do.

I initially was aprehensive about this hotel as it had poor reviews, I booked it anyway thinking, well most people don't give positive reviews so it should be fine. This was not the case. The staff are horrible and extremely unhelpful, the rooms were very uncomfortable and didn't have the bare essentials even a cheap motel would have. Literally had to call the police just so I could get my things out of the room after the first day because I switched hotels after just one night, when I came back my room cards wouldn't work and staff wouldn't help me with it. My goal is to have this hotel removed from this site as an option to stay, wouldn't stay here even if it were free!

When calling for the airport shuttle, could not get an answer. Took about 20 min. to get through. When they did arrive, had to load and unload our own bags. Even though I had requested a late arrival, hotel did not have a room ready. The elevator did not work The carpet in the room was dirty. Even though a continental breakfast was advertised, there was none, not even a cup of coffee.

The best part about this hotel is that they offer a free airport shuttle which was something we needed. They also have a lower price than most of the other area hotels. This hotel is not adequately portrayed on this site. The room we stayed in was not nearly as nice as the photos. And it had exterior entry doors which you can't really tell from any of the photos. The staff tried to be friendly, but they had trouble locating our reservation, they talked/argued in front of us in another language, and it took over 20 minutes for us to get our room key. It was almost 11 p.m. and we just wanted to get to our room. The first room they sent us to smelled awful, comparable to cat urine. My husband went back and asked for another room. They said they had just checked that room and it was fine, but they showed him two other rooms. It smelled better in one of them. We went to the continental breakfast in the morning to find that there was only a very small amount of cereal left. Enough for us to squeeze out 2 small bowls. We were there when there was still over an hour left of the posted "continental breakfast" time. There was also orange juice, milk, and coffee. No fruit. No bread/bagels. Nothing else. Just the small amount of cereal. Providentially, there was exactly 2 spoons left for my husband and I. Overall, we would never stay here again. If it had been earlier in the evening, we would have tried to find another location to stay at. I would spend a little more money and not stay at this location again.

I just want to forget the 2 nights we stayed at this place. I did not have a high expectation anyway. It stinks everywhere not just in the room - even outside the room there is some kind of nauseating smell. Wifi connects only to the router but not to the Internet. Breakfast is just some third grade cereal. The person who checked us in took forever to find info.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Accommodated all my requests and overall a good experience. Good location and free shuttle to airport. They let me check out at a latter hour due to late flight back.
