I have always loved staying at this Hampton Inn. Their service has been spectacular. It’s quiet, reasonably priced and in a great location. On this trip, I inadvertently arrived a day early, but they were able to shuffle some things to make it work. Plus, it’s walking distance to IHOP, Twin Peaks, and Carabba's. Since I only use Uber nowadays that makes it easier to get all kinds of food at any hour.
A nice hotel and very comfortable. Only real drawback was that there was not a hook or towel bar to keep you bath towel on anywhere close to the shower... Not a big deal, just used the floor

I did not like the fact that my car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot and nothing was accounted for. Where was the security? All the 4 wheels (tires and rims included) from my new rental were stolen overnight.

Bethanie was just fabulous in greeting us and showing compassion for my hearing impaired husband. She was a blessing to me.

Hotel has a nice look from the outside and lobby looked kept up. But rooms are a whole other thing.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Unfortunately I had a room with a pass through door and it was easy to hear the occupants on the other side.
Still renovating - pool was closed. Breakfast was ok.
The only complaint is that the AC is very loud, which is common with other hotels too.
Had to get my redone literally 10 times in 14 hours!! I didn't have anything else in my pocket that would throw the magnetic strip on the card off. The a/c in the room didn't work, they wanted maintenance to come fix it at 10am right before I was about to checkout! Horrible experience here!
