The Illusion of the room offered online, was NOWHERE NEAR what was pictured!!! Horrible Scent. My grandchildren who came to visit called it creepy and they didn’t even want to sit down. I didn’t even sit down. I ended up finding another hotel across town for one night for $111. I was still charged for the room that I didn’t occupy which I’m sure was occupied by some other unsuspecting soul. Which is unfortunate. There was also a Man watching me, as I came up and down the stairs with bags and suitcases, with no elevator access. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for the night that I was charged for the room through PayPal, since I never occupied this room.

My issue was that in the description of the booking it stated there was a gym AND more importantly that breakfast was included. There was no breakfast and there was no gym. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known that. I work out for health reasons while traveling and also like to stay at locations where I can have breakfast quickly before leaving.

This was a great stay for us! The front desk lady was so so helpful & sweet with giving us great ideas for restaurants to try. Clean rooms & larger fridges than most hotels have. I wish they either had thicker pillows or a few more on the bed to stack up.

I was picking up a car that we bought! We park the car right in the front of the door of my room that was really nice i feel so secure! Comfortable bed clean plenty towels everything was good!

The room was hot when we arrived. The refrigerator was not working too well. Bed was not comfortable neither where the pillows. We had to leave early due a report of a man with a gun hanging outside. I told the clerk that I know I was not going to be refunded that day since I was pass the checkout time. She got an attitude with me and said I didn’t hear you when I told her that yes I understood I wasn’t being refunded.

The jacuzzi tub in our room was great!! Only thing - i tried to call the property several times day of arrival and 1st call was just answered "Hello?" My issue was not handled,was asked to call back in 5 min. When i did, i ended up having to call 5 times before anyone answered. But at that point, and while on property, service was great! Comforter had some stains and a burn hole but sheets were clean. Water temps and pressure were perfect.
