Can't beat the location if you want to shop, eat, and go to a concert. Room left a little to be desired - smelled funny when we walked in and there was noticeable black mold in the ceiling above the shower. Woke up a bit congested. Front desk said she'd pass out unhappiness on to her manager for a discount, but we'll see if that ever happens...also a bummer that there isn't a free breakfast

The hotel is very close to everything that you need in the Woodlands shopping centers in the mall and it's right off the interstate all those still hidden by trees so the highway is not an eyesore. Indoor pool & spa could have used a cleaning but overall it was nice. The hotel staff was constantly friendly. My only disappointment was that the breakfast selection was limited and very high priced but luckily the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Good food at the Bistro. They charge two dollars to deliver to the room which is excellent. The prices are not expensive. Food tastes very good. Drawback- no safe in room, safe is available in the lobby.

Very nice staff, clean facilities. Comfortable beds.

We had a great time, the staff was great. The indoor pool was nice. We do not take advantage of the bistro but it looked very nice.

My husband and I came to The Woodlands to meet my son's girlfriend's parents for the first time. What an adventure. Great family. Even better Christmas celebration with all the kids having their moments of glory as everyone watched them open presents. And our stay couldn't have been more serine. I loved my little condo in The Woodlands. Great customer service too!

Just passing through and this was a very relaxing stay over night.

It was alright. Convinenent location for the purpose of my trip

The hotel was very nice. The AC unit was really loud, but we slept just fine. A good experience overall.

Overall clean quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Little Bistro was not so great the food was expensive and not really all that good. The one thing on the menu that sounded good was no longer available. I did have a bit of a hard time finding the place, there was no sign from the main access road and the sign they have out front is half covered by trees.

Went to a seminar in Woodlands and the hotel where the seminar was held was full. The hotel is close to mall, many restaurants, Market place and waterway. Convenient if you have a car. The location is quiet and safe, along the I 45. Traffic is not busy.

My wife and I go to the Texas Renaissance Festival every year for the last 15 years. This place was perfect for us. It is almost right next door to the Woodlands Mall (great if you are a shopper). GPS found it without any issues. It is a newly remodeled hotel. The only noticeable things were that the rooms are smaller than new hotels and there wasn't a microwave. But neither were deal breakers. The staff was great! Easy in and easy out.

we stayed in the houston area due to relocating to the area from Virginia. The staff was always very nice and pleasent in passing. The grounds were always well kept. We did enjoy our stay.

WE WERE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL, GREAT UPDATES AND VERY CLEAN. WE LOVED THE WOODED AREA . STAFF WAS GREAT. LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB. ALSO THE OUTSIDE PATIO INCLUDED WITH THE ROOM WAS FANTASTIC.

It was wonderful. I would stay here again when in the area.

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in The Woodlands for a wedding and unfamiliar with the area. The staff was able to answer all of our questions and give us directions to all of our destinations. The hotel is in a very quiet setting, but close to restaurants and shopping.

The room itself was fine. The entire hotel was under construction, even on the weekend. There were cranes all around the outside, the halls were torn up and being working on, the pool was unavailable due to construction, and the sound of construction was there during the day. It looks like it will be fine after the construction is done, but I needed a very peaceful hotel experience for this trip. if I knew that the hotel was under construction, I would not have booked there, but I did not find out until I was already there, and could not change because of a very tight schedule. Wish I would have known.

The hotel was completely amazing. Everything in the room was beautiful (gorgeous decor), the only downside was that there was no mini fridge, but the showers were great, and they provided us with everything we could ever need. On top of that , the front desk became a bar at night, and the associates at the hotel were very kind hosts. Will definately be coming back!, comfy beds were a great plus, and great view without blackout curtains, provided us with the best sleep ive had in awhile. A+

This was what I expected for a Courtyard. the room was nice and clean and quiet. It was really close to the Woodlands Pavillion, which we went to for the Rush Concert. they even had a $10 shuttle, but we didn't use it. It is a nice location. We could have walked over, but we didn't because it was raining. it is about a mile away from the pavillion, which has nice shops and stores right across from the venue. I would stay here again if I went back.

I thought the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, I thought the staff was freindly. The room was clean and smelled good. Close to shopping and food. Would have like to see free breakfast and Movie channel in the room for the price. Otherwise great stay.
