Loved the two bathrooms and showers. The neighborhood is a great location with easy access to plenty of restaurants and it wasnt far from the metro rail..

Major Disappointment

The extreme slope of the floors, particularly the main bedroom, the rapidly fluctuating shower water temperature, and bugs flying out of the garbage were all bad, but the major problem was the bright red notice of building code violations taped on the front door by city inspectors (after the property manager told us to us the side entry). There were two violations listed: plumbing (specifically for natural gas) and structural (foundation). We left the next day. Would not recommend, this property should not be on the market in current condition.
