The Hotel Hot Springs & Spa3.0 out of 5.0

The staff are all working hard to make sure guests have a good time. It is quite a refreshing change from some of my other stays. The breakfast food is a full buffet and very tasty. The hotel has recently been remodeled but still has two problems. The elevators are so slow they must be being powered by two flashlight batteries. The hardwood floor in the rooms is very sticky and extremely dirty if you walk on in in your bare feet. It's like they spray something ( wax or ?) but never take the time to clean it in between. Your shoes feel like they are sticking to the floor. It happened in our room as well as in our friends room so it was not a mistake but some kind of cleaning routine that needs to be reviewed.
We went to the Corvette Car Show and were Honeymooning. We had a Excellent time with great service. The breakfast was really good also. We will come back again! We live in Jonesboro, AR. Thank you for your kindness!
All of the employees are very friendly and helpful from the Valet, to the front desk, to the porter, to the hotel maids. The rooms are clean, quite, and comfortable with a view. Enjoy the hotel every time we visit Hot Springs.
It was a very Nice Stay,,We will come Back next Year. Over all the hotel was very clean, and we Enjoyed the VIEW of Hot Springs. Also the Van drivers were very nice and friendly. We would recommend the Hotel Springs & Spa to all of out friends.
We were here for the Arkansas Scholastic Press Association Convention. We had a great time. The hotel is great access to the convention center. Our rooms had a wonderful view of downtown Hot Springs and the Mountain Tower. The complimentary breakfast is great. We enjoyed the spacious lobby area where we played board games after winding down from the events. The surround televisions and music were nice, too. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We go about every 3 months to Hotsprings and we have tried a couple different hotels but the Arlington gets better every time. We want to try other places sometimes but for the money the size of the room and the courtesy of the staff we keep coming back. Valet, luggage, front desk, house cleaning everyone has been great. Like being at home. Keep up the great work and we will see y'all again soon.
Pros: walking district to Bath House District, food in bar is okay and there is a free breakfast. Morning coffee is awful. Cons: very disappointed that there is no spa, not even a basic gym with a few pieces of equipment. I'm giving it a 3 as our room was clean and staff are very friendly, but, we found it expensive considering there's not an exercise room or anything close to resembling a spa.
Since this property was remodeled last year we have stayed 3 different times. Each time the hotel has gotten better and better. The staff and the office personal really go out of their way to make sure everything is right for all guests. I take bus tour groups to Oaklawn Park, for the horses races, and we always stay at the Hotel Hot Springs. This was always a convenient location, but now is a 1st class hotel. I heard a lot of guests say they would not stay anywhere else in Hot Springs.
I think you did a great job remodeling. The ole "Austin" but it still lacks in cleanliness. I must say it was nice to have a blow dryer and iron/ironing board! I toured the bar / breakfast area and it looked great! Just sorry that I didn't get to experience the ambiance as this was included in our conference.
Restaurant food very good. Breakfast very mediocre. Rooms nice. Floors need mopped. Checking fast and efficient but we were assigned a double room and not a king as reserved. Like the updated changes and conveniences. Would like entertainment separate from restaurant. Loved the outdoor seating area.
