Staff here is very friendly & helpful! Shuttle service was a great perk. Onsite restaurant dinner & drinks way above expectations for a hotel restaurant (didn't have breakfast there). Hosted a Blues/southern rock duo on Saturday night, so talented. Generously sized frig and microwave in room with coffee pod setup. Walking distance to bathhouse row, restaurants, bars, shops, the promenade, thermal spring fountains, food truck area. Minor Cons: Self parking through 3rd party app was overly complicated, and room was comfortable enough but could have used a refresh, some hooks in the bathroom and more consistent heating/cooling. Good value, would stay again.

Walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants and bathhouse row. Seemed to be a safe area. Had to pay $12/day for parking at the hotel. Room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable.

Handicalled rooms are true for wheel chairroom 406. Roll in shower and seat to transfer to lots of room. May want exta towels or bathmat. Water can get outsideofshower.

Disgusting hotel will greet you with stained sheets and dirty filthy headboards. My room smelled so strongly of men’s cologne that I looked everywhere for a man hiding in my room lol. A dirty used QTIP was under the toilet and a ton of hair in the shower drain. On the morning after my first night, my room was serviced while I was out. What a joke! I retuned to the same stained sheets, filthy headboard, smell of cologne, USED QTIP AND HAIR IN DRAIN! They left the full can of trash, but did replace the towels. Gross!!!!!!!!! You have to park half a block away, and if you want a snack from their convenience shop, a candy bar is $4! Terrible experience.

Hope ( I should have gotten her last name but I did not) but she was the host at the front desk whom checked us in and she was excellent. She was kind efficient and just wonderful to work with. Her attention to customer service was exemplary. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.
