Perfect!

Beautiful home and so clean! We loved the deer too! Had a great time in Hot Springs at Garvan Gardens and shopping and then came back and played games at the table with snacks and drinks! Couldn’t have asked for a better girls trip. Thank you!

Not a good place for summertime

Very clean property but the AC unit does NOT work well here. The owner sent out a repairman the first night, but as he stated, the unit was too old to adequately cool the house. This was a grandkids trip to Magic Springs and we ended up checking out a day early due to being too hot and little ones being miserable. There was no resolve or refund provided for our inconvenience.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. It’s in a great location near the downtown area in a quiet neighborhood. It had all the essentials you needed. I especially liked the host provided toiletries. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Hot Springs.
