Perfect place for our families! The hosts were awesome! They communicated well and kept us informed of the weather. The house was perfect, we loved the open concept and all the amenities that were available! We enjoyed having the option for gas or charcoal grill for making dinner. The rooms were very spacious! We did go when there was snow on the ground, which our kids had a blast! We didn't have any pets. We enjoyed playing ping pong with everything available to do so. Snow was on the trampoline so we didn't use. Have nothing negative to say. Town is just a short drive away. Great place to stay and we'll definitely be returning there again! Highly recommend!

This is a comfortable and new home with modern touches. Lots of space and great beds. Very clean throughout with high ceilings and a bright, airy feel.
Master bathroom and closet were a highlight after a busy day in nearby downtown Hot Springs. Bunk bed room was a great space for the boys.
Kids thoroughly enjoyed the sport court space right out the front door. Family meals and card games were well accommodated with the large dining space. Board games and decks of cards were provided and enjoyed.
Downtown Hot Springs is a short drive
(7 minutes) away, yet this property is quiet and secluded with mountain views. Bull Bayou picnic area is a great spot nearby to enjoy a wooded trail and playground by a crystal clear stream. A bit further down the road is a recreation area with a BMX bike park, R/C airplane field, climbing wall, and trails.
This is a great place to relax, feast, and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty of the area. This property was a big hit with our family and guests. Definitely made the list for a return visit and saved as a favorite!
