Great loft!

The location is great! The loft is a step back to a time of moonshine, billards, and great food just outside your door. Don't let the name fool ya! Elliot surely enjoyed the luxurious lifestyle, in his efforts to bring down those boys from Chicago. It's fine living just like Al and his gang back in the day. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends, the front room has tons of open space and comfy couches and chairs and a good balcony to keep an eye on what's happening below. The back bedroom gives you some quiet time when the Hot Springs streets below are buzzing with excitement. You'll enjoy Hot Springs and feel some of its rich history first hand. We loved this place.

Perfect Every Time

We try to book this property every time we come to Hot Springs. Nicely appointed space the ocation is perfect and there's plenty of room to spread out.If you like walking to restaurants, entertainment and hiking, I highly recommend Elliot's.

Had an amazing time. Location was spot on and the property was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Furnishings and extras were top of line to include sheets and beds! Would give more stars if I could!

Nice stay

Location was perfect. The condo was very nice. I rate it a 9 out of 10. The only reason i didn’t rate it a 10 is because of the cigar lounge nest door The cigar shop needs to do a better balancing system to elimante some of the odor. It was pretty bad at night when the bar was busy. Other than the cigar smell it was awesome stay.

Best Location for couples and girls weekends

What makes this property so special is the historical touches and the location. You can park safely and walk everywhere else. You do not have to get into your car again. There are great restaurants, great shopping, and a fun walk to the bath houses.

Girls BDay trip

The property is a great location, able to walk everywhere. The beds are so comfortable. The decor was awesome. No bath tub, did not bother me I shower but 2 of my guests like to bath at night helps them relax. The one big negative and the reason for a overall 3 rating was the smell of cigar smoke from downstairs in the cogar lounge.

Excellent walking location

High end furnishings, very clean with comfy beds and a nice balcony on the main street, as well as a quiet outdoor sitting area at the back of the unit. Parkin in rear for 1 small to midsized vehicle only. Strret parking for other vehicles.

Great location, close to many shops and restaurants

Overall the property is great. It is very close to the main area of the Gulch with many restaurants and shops. Just be aware there is major construction a few feet away that starts at 7am every weekday morning.

Great spot to enjoy Hot Springs

We loved this location on Central avenue. Its quiet in this loft, yet right in the middle of the action on Central avenue. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance and its a less than a 5 min uber to the track. Really neat place.

Great location and rental!

We had a ton of fun! Great and clean rental! Loved the entertainment area and the balcony. Great location for restaurants as well. There was a party next door which was incredibly loud but I don’t hold that against the property manager. Hope to go back soon!!

Smokers paradise

Location is directly above a cigar bar...so despite it being a non smoking property, expect your clothes and belongings to smell like a cigar, especially strong in the master bedroom. It’s a very cool location downtown with a nice balcony for people watching. It was a little noisy with street traffic. The nostalgia is great and the kids loved playing pool! Communication was great and she was very responsive. The floor in the master is squeaky but overall we had a good time and it was very clean. I probably would not book the property again because I am currently washing my clothes 3x to get the smoke smell out.

Perfect for our Christmas getaway!

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. The loft was very spacious and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed having the pool table to entertain them on the rainy days!

Great property with perfect proximity

The property is fantastic for small groups. The kitchen is great for meals and the living areas perfect for relaxing. My family returns each year and this property is among the best we have experienced in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay! The location was perfect for a walkable trip. The loft was well-stocked, the manager was very helpful and responsive, and the property was so… for lack of a better word… cool! We will definitely return!

We really love Elliot’s Nesst!!

The lofts are always very clean and organized. We only stay at one of the owners properties when in town. The location is within walking distance to all the attractions. Already have our next trip back planned!
