No detail has been ignored in the renovation of this cozy bungalow. Situated on the resort property, the home features a 55' wraparound deck, a private deck on the SW corner, and the "Eagle’s Nest Perch off the second level. All capturing unique views of Lake Hamilton, mountains and the sunrise.
Inside on the main level are three bedrooms (Oaklawn, Park and Hamilton) and bath with shower. Situated upstairs for ultimate privacy, is the master bedroom (Willow Beach), which includes a sleeping/reading nook, dry bar and luxurious shower. This property will comfortably accommodate eight to ten people.
All interior walls and ceilings are in Vermont white pine. A complete kitchen with state-of-the-art appliance, granite countertops, island and washer and dryer for all your needs.
The fully furnished property also features a dining room to accommodate a large family and comfortable living room to lounge and watch your favorite game or movie on the 86” Smart TV. In fact there are Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and kitchen!
