The property was clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, our bed could have been more comfortable (we had a king bed suite with a hot tub) Also, I did see some long hair on the floor in the bathroom--and I know it wasn't mine because my hair is short and so is my husband's. But the pool area was nice and peaceful, and it was easy to get to our room into attractions in the area.

Shower is the worst I’ve experienced- really terrible. I was able to request one day of housekeeping for my four day stay. Breakfast was pretty standard. Apart from check-in, the staff was very friendly. The rooms aren’t suites, just large rooms. There are some restaurants fairly close by. If the room had cost less, or been an actual suite (as implied), I would have rated higher.

Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning. There was an attendant there who made sure everything was fresh and warm. Location was convenient to dining and shopping as well as major highways. The staff varied from day today somewhere friendlier than others. The room was clean.

We are in Hot Springs at least 3 times a year. We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past with no problems. This time they gave us a dirty room. They gave us another room. I was turning back the sheets and found some funky Kurd on the top sheet. We found the maid. She gave us clean sheets. We had to change ourselves. Then I found poop on the toilet seat. Used our Clorox wipes we bought to clean it. Then to top it off there were fleas in the bed. And no we didn’t bring them. We don’t have any pets. We will not stay here ever again.
